Cancellation Policy: At Sevier Lash Envy we understand unforeseen events happen and you may need to cancel an appointment. We ask that you give us 24 hours notice so we can adjust our schedule to accommodate other clients and inform our service provider. In the event 24 hours notice is not given we reserve the right to collect the 50% deposit that was made when the appointment was made. This will be considered a cancellation fee. We also reserve the right to cancel any future services. No Show Policy: We reserve the right to collect the 50% deposit for a no show fee.
